Landscape Care Packages

"Dear Wan-Chi, I checked my calendar a few days ago and realized that Classic Nursery will be doing our spring maintenance work very soon. It is hard to believe that it has been over a year since we completed the hardscape and landscaping of our new home here in Bellevue...I have become a consistent user of organic products and methods for all of my planting and fertilizing. I was gratified that you not only agreed with my convictions but were able to implement them in the work that was done on our property. Thank you very much for being an advocate and not an impediment. I would also like to recognize you for the artistic sensitivity and skillful eyes that you brought to our rather large project. Your insights were very helpful in visualizing what the yard would look like upon completion and in the years to come. I can hardly wait to see what it will look when three full growing seasons have past. I think it is going to be even more beautiful... I was completely ignorant of the unique climate of the northwestern United States. Your help in making the right plant choices for the new home were crucial to the long term success of our landscaping vision. Supplies at the local plant markets at the time I started the project were very limited. I appreciate the enthusiasm with which you searched for the best choices and the constant efforts you made to find sufficient suitable plants. Your judgement in selecting and recommending the right plants for the Seattle area was sound. The evidence of that fact is now growing in my front and back yard. I was worried that the heavy cold rain that persisted all winter would damage the roots of the new plants and the recent transplants. My yard was soaked and wet all winter and I feared that many plants would die. Therefore, I am happy to report that almost 100% of the plants appear to be alive and doing well. Almost all have swollen bud, new leaves or flowers already, though the first day of spring was only a few days ago. All of the perennial grasses are showing signs of growth. I look forward to working with you this spring at our regularly scheduled maintenance event so that we can continue to improve the health and beauty of our outdoor spaces. Best Regards,"

Take a look at your options
Our basic care service is a big picture answer to caring for your outside areas. As part of our pre-scheduled 'Fine Gardening Service', we will lime, aerate and fertilize of all your lawn areas as appropriate, carefully prune your trees and shrubs, rake leaves and haul debris. We will also install, adjust and seasonally maintain ponds, low voltage lighting and irrigation systems – all with one annual agreement. If you have a new Classic landscape installation, we will extend your plant warranty for as long as we are caring for the property - and can refresh your bed finishes, perennials and color with each visit. Just contact us - and check that landscape care 'To do' item right off the list...

As part of this effort, we can also provide additional services such as these:

Classic color.

As part of our seasonal care effort, you can have bright, colorful annual and perennial color planted in your pots or by the front door. Changed out seasonally, this type of planting keeps everything fresh and vibrant.

Professional plans.

You can have a 24x36" drafted plan of your property created, specifically describing each area and inventorying the existing plants. We'll note clearly on the sheet what needs to be done and at what time of year. These plans are a great way to "part the clouds" and fully understand how to care for your site.

Creative cleanups.

Tired of that damn blackberry growing out near the back fence, that old pile of leaf debris or that long forgotten area out by the shed? Call us for a cleanup. We can probably quote it to you on the phone and you'll be amazed at what two skilled laborers can do to transform your yard in a day.

Muck makeovers.

Fine, compacted glacial till soils are what you've probably got out there by the rear patio. These local soils are lacking in fertility and are slow to drain. Lawn areas like this need aeration , liming, a little soil and a reseeding or sodding to bring them back to life. We'll do it. Guaranteed.

Mini-projects made promptly.

The landscape care crew can also build that little something that you need during the weekly visit. You know what we mean, making a little landing by the trash can, that step by the patio or adding that screen tree to block the nosy neighbors upstairs window.
