Need some ideas? After 25 years of designing and building a wide variety of outdoor projects, it's hard to encapsulate them all in one place. Classic 'Case Studies' discuss individual projects that we have completed over the years and we have pictures sorted by type for you to review as well.

Clark
These hands-on homeowners built their home and managed it by hiring and coordinating all contractors. Classic was the first contractor to be called back for as many as five small phases, as the Clark's had trouble with communication and deadlines being met by most others. A busy couple that travels regularly for business and pleasure, the Clarks entertain regularly and now have a showplace home and garden that is magazine ready. Mrs. Clark loves to garden and is active in her outdoor space, but needed some areas that were lower maintenance than others. The success of the project was achieved through careful mutual planning and a building of trust with designer and crew over time. The Clarks desired the most elegant materials for each phase, then methodically delayed each phase until the next phase budget was ready. Classic's unique ability to prepare plans and estimates and quote varied phases helped the Clarks to achieve their goal to carefully turn their house into a home.
