Marymee
These are smart folks have a great site that slopes down to Swan Lake. Here, we built a flat gathering space from a difficult slope and created a faux stone outdoor kitchen area under the existing second story deck. We accented these areas with a gas firepit clad in stone, fitted boulder and heavy mortared flagstone seating and a simple column of basalt drilled as a water feature. Our unique direct to owner subcontract bids enabled the Marymee's to have the gas line and carpentry portions of this work completed without the unnecessary additional charges that most contractors will charge.
