River Run Ranch

A large estate project that encompassed a few acres on an 80 acre Carnation horse ranch, "R3" was a complex project that included a front gate entry renovation, residence landscaping, transplanting of large trees and a comprehensive irrigation system upgrade as well as pots, a water feature and extensive paving. There were thousands of square feet of imported Chinese stone that were used to make a motor court, driveway feature strips and a large front entry landing and patio. We built an interesting transition to the rear residence areas, a large stone bridge that bisects a waterfall and pond as well as a lakefront patio for entertaining. Despite the properties' daunting size and the projects difficulties and complexities, the project came in within 10% of the original plan budget and our client proved to be one of the nicest folks we have worked with in years.
