For general diagnosis and any necessary repairs, I understand and agree that a $65 per man hour, plus retail material charges may be invoiced to me if it is determined that my request is not covered by Classic's limited warranty. Typical charges may vary and range from $130 to $240+ for a requested site visit and repair.

We will write up a work order and send it to you within 5 days of your request. This document will describe one of two things:

Your warranty request may require a site review by your foreman or project manager prior to the completion of any work. Please review your approved contract and proposal describing the specific requirements of your individual warranty for further clarification. Again, we appreciate your continued consideration.
