Warranty Request

"Classic Nursery & Landscape Co exceeded our expectations! We hired them for our backyard, it was just a sloped dirt hill and we wanted it leveled & have half lawn/half pavement put in for our toddler son to play. We didn't think it was possible but OMG, they did such a fabulous job. It looks gorgeous!!! The crew, led by Hugo were Eric, Omar, Jose & Carlos and they worked so hard each day. They even cleaned up after themselves each day including the street, our neighbors took notice. Alan, the owner was so professional, flexible & accommodating and was really good to work with, very personable and nice. He had great ideas and gave suggestions and opinions where needed. We had our walk-thru yesterday and he jotted down a few minor things that they'd take care of. He even bought a bag of gifts like hose, garden book, etc. and marked down the pages of the plantings that we have to well maintain them. Who does that? No contractors have ever done that - so professional! We noticed how Alan stopped by occasionally to make sure everything is going smoothly. He also had suggestions on where to place certain plants/trees so they wouldn't get too much sun. We were so pleased with the finished work, we decided to hire them for our front yard as well. With a major project like what we had, it was risky but Classic Nursery proved they were trustworthy and indeed the BEST landscaping company around (as voted in magazines & websites). Keep in mind that your plant doesn't have to be 'dead' to file a claim. (Maybe it just got ugly).
Now, if you left for Myanmar in May and forgot to water, we might NOT warranty your wiegela.
But more often than not, we will guarantee your gunnera...

For general diagnosis and any necessary repairs, I understand and agree that a $65 per man hour, plus retail material charges may be invoiced to me if it is determined that my request is not covered by Classic's limited warranty. Typical charges may vary and range from $130 to $240+ for a requested site visit and repair.

We will write up a work order and send it to you within 5 days of your request. This document will describe one of two things:

Your warranty request may require a site review by your foreman or project manager prior to the completion of any work. Please review your approved contract and proposal describing the specific requirements of your individual warranty for further clarification. Again, we appreciate your continued consideration.
